We thought you’d like to see a ‘work in progress’ blog for what will be a stunning orangery style extension for a private client in the Bournemouth area. The contract has been undertaken by Greendale’s Small Works Division, and is now in the finishing stages, so we’ll bring you more photos soon as we progress further.
This orangery project has involved remodelling the ground floor to create a larger kitchen / dining / living space, with features that include a protruding bay window, 2 large lantern roof lights, all new electrical services / EV points (carried out by Greendale Electrical Division) and deep timber facia mouldings.
Our working foreman, Shaun Nicholls, and his team are doing a terrific job delivering this project – with our young work experience student, Finn, giving a helping hand and learning more about just how much is involved in our projects.
We’re really enjoying this collaboration with our long term architect colleague, Sarah-Jane Lee, who has designed the Orangery and is CA for this exciting project which we know will give our clients a fantastic new space to enjoy in their home.
