Shore House Recladding and Remedial Work
6th August 2026We currently have a Greendale Construction team on this recladding and remedial works project for Shore House, Swanage, for our client, McCarthy & Stone. The works commenced in September 2025 and estimated completion is the end of November 2026 The project includes a full recladding of both blocks of flats including all remedial works required once the existing cladding was removed, New Alideck decking and drained soffit systems are being fitted to all flats.
