Greendale has always taken training for the future of the construction industry very seriously, and so it was great to see Ben James, a year 10 student from Twynham School in Christchurch at our Douch Site at Ferndown. Ben is getting useful work experience with us and is being mentored by Tim Wall, and Sam Wright our 2nd year carpentry Apprentice, who is building a stair for his NVQ assessments. Ben has been helping with general site duties as well as building a wooden stool! It really does give us all great pride to see these young people getting a taste of work life at Greendale, and to be involved in investing in our future skilled trade workforce. We wish Sam and Ben all the best in their chosen trades.
