CONTRACTS MANAGER/QUANTITY SURVEYOR Greendale Construction Limited is a leading Chartered Building Company offering a comprehensive service successfully delivering a wide range of projects across all construction sectors. We undertake new build, refurbishment works for a mix of blue chip clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods. Project values range from £100,000 to £6,000,000. Due to continued growth we are seeking a Contracts Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Poole based team. The successful candidate will – * Have a proven track record for delivering projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria. *Have a proven track record in project surveying and financial control in order to undertake these duties on projects. * Have a minimum of 5 years experience at senior site management level including working with JCT Contracts. * Have excellent planning and organisational skills * Have extensive experience in dealing with client professionals and subcontractors. * Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative * Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills. * A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification would be an advantage.
