We are delighted to have completed this fast-track project which has now officially opened its doors at Poole Park.
‘The Kitchen,’ which occupies the former ‘Boat Shed’ site on the edge of the boating lake, officially opened to the public on Friday 24th July and offers a stylish new venue to eat, drink and relax, with stunning panoramic views across the water. Under a very tight timescale, Greendale completely refurbished the interior of the building with a stylish new bar area and kitchen layout, with new entrance canopy. Greendale also constructed a new external decking area with bench seating and gabion and Purbeck stone features. Soft landscaping by Janine Pattison to this outdoor area enables customers to enjoy alfresco dining surrounded by lush planting.
A bright new ice cream parlour, ‘Scoops,’ situated alongside ‘The Kitchen’ and also refurbished by Greendale offers waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, teas and coffees.
