The Greendale Construction Limited  small works division is on track to hit an impressive half a million pounds turnover this year with a full order book and successful portfolio of completed works.

The specialist division contributes a significant revenue stream to Greendale’s overall turnover, specialising in small and specialist contracts – both private and commercial – from just £100 up to £200,000. Previous contracts have included projects at Bovington Tank Museum; Nationwide, Winton; a Bournemouth Borough Council contract at Southcote Road; floodworks at Sandbanks and emergency work at Poole Audi.

Headed up by Contracts Manager, Shane Singer, with Manager, Chris Dunford, Administrator, Anna Selby, and newest recruit, Surveyor/Estimator, Pete Best, Greendale’s small works division allows companies and private clients requiring smaller construction and specialist projects to benefit from the Greendale mission statement of completing jobs on time and to budget, whilst providing the best value and highest quality.

Greendale Construction Director, Rob Hooker, said: “I am delighted that Greendale’s small works division is going from strength to strength and good levels of enquiries and work are being won.

“The services offered by our small works division are an important part of Greendale’s overall business. We have the qualified trade teams headed up by a very efficient, well run management structure to meet all our customers’ small works requirements over a wide range of project types.”
