We are delighted to share with you our latest project at Marine Villas which has recently commenced for the trustees of the Swanage Pier. The work Greendale will be involved in will include the formation of a new fully glazed cafe extension with new catering facilities, upgrading and refurbishing of the existing Grade II listed Georgian building.
We will be working very closely with the client and their ‘interpretation’ team on the new museum and shop. See below pictures taken on Thursday 2nd February. You can see the plaster and reed insulation between the joists. You can also see the historical ‘random purbeck stone walling’ where we are enlarging openings for the new museum. Completion is due July 2018.
