We are delighted to have successfully handed over this 29 week contract for Stewarts Garden Centres, which saw us create warehouses and offices at units 8 & 9, The Runway, Christchurch Business Park, for this family owned company.
Working alongside architects, The Quorum Partnership; Structural Engineer, GAP; Quantity Surveyor / CA – McPhersons, Greendale constructed a pair of large units for Stewarts Garden Centres, comprising of a total area of 12,900 square feet, creating office space and warehousing at the site. Unit 8 consists of a two storey office, including reception area, lift and staff facilities. Unit 9 provides warehousing for the company which currently boasts two garden centres in Christchurch and Broomhill.
