QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Greendale Construction Limited is a leading Chartered Building Company providing a comprehensive service successfully delivering a wide range of projects across all construction sectors. We undertake new build, refurbishment works for a mix of blue chip clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods. Project values range from £50,000 to £5,000,000.
As part of our continued planned expansion we are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our Poole based team.
The successful candidate will –
- Have a proven track record in project surveying and financial control.
- Have a minimum of 5 years construction experience including working with JCT Contracts.
- Have excellent organisational skills and be competent in MS Office.
- Be commercial, dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative.
- Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
- Have extensive experience in dealing with client professionals and subcontractors.
- A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification such as CIOB or RICS would be an advantage.
