Chartered building company, Greendale Construction, continue with their impressive business growth with the appointment of two new senior roles.
With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, where he specialised in fast track fit outs and refurbishment contracts, Carl Nolan has taken on the position of Contracts Manager with Greendale. Carl’s specialist skills will be particularly valuable in his career with Greendale, who, through their interiors division, have successfully completed a number of high spec fit outs for offices, schools and healthcare establishments.
Carl is currently involved in two projects as Contracts Manager; at Bournemouth and Poole College and St Georges School, and will be joining the Muscliff Primary School project in September, where the school is undergoing extension works.
Joining the award winning Construction Company as Projects Manager, is Simon Copping. Simon comes to Greendale with a wealth of knowledge gained over his twenty two years experience in the construction industry, where he has previously worked as both a contracts manager and project manager. Simon is currently involved on the Arts University College at Bournemouth project, where he is overseeing the impressive 2012 summer works, which includes an extension to the College’s fashion block.
Greendale’s Finance and HR Manager, Maria Seabright, is pleased to welcome Carl and Simon to the Company’s expanding team of employees.
