Dorset’s Greendale Construction stand tall and proud as one of the few companies across the United Kingdom and the ONLY Construction Company in the South West region to be awarded the Silver Investors In People standard.
Greendale Construction is celebrating another major achievement, as they have been awarded the Silver Investors In People standard as recognition of the investment the company makes to its employees.
Supported by the government’s Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the company was put through a rigorous assessment process before being awarded the silver standard.
The Investors in People standard, is the foundation of good management and was first issued to Greendale over six years ago.
The quality assessor for Investors in People interviewed a diverse cross section of the Greendale team from directors and site managers to trainees and administration workers. The company’s training programme, apprenticeship schemes, business and development plans were also put under close scrutiny and Greendale had to meet an additional 76 evidence requirements from across the framework of its business to gain the silver award.
The company are extremely proud to be awarded the Investors in People Silver standard this year, and it is without a doubt an amazing achievement.
