We are currently busy creating warehouse and office space for Stewarts Garden Centres in Christchurch, and the Birchmere Group at Bailie Gate industrial estate, Sturminster Marshall.
The Bailie Gate contract, which commenced on 21st September, and is due for completion in April 2016, consists of 5 units covering a total area of 10,600 square feet. The units, which are located in the heart of the thriving industrial estate, will then be let through the Birchmere Group.
Greendale’s are constructing a pair of large units for Stewarts Garden Centres comprising of a total area of 12,900 square feet, creating office space and warehousing at the Airfield Way site. Unit 8 will consist of a two storey office, including reception area, lift and staff facilities. Unit 9 will provide warehousing for the family owned business which was established in 1742 and currently boasts two garden centres in Christchurch and Broomhill. Due for completion in April 2016, Greendale are forging ahead with the project with the steel frame structure and groundwork already completed.
Martin Stewart, MD of Stewarts Garden Centres, said: I am delighted to be working with Greendale on this important project for Stewarts. Greendale have been great to work with; the site is tidy, the quality is fantastic, and their open and honest communication is a joy to experience.
“The finished warehousing, head-office, and training facility will be a vital ingredient in the on-going development for our company into the future.”
