Greendale’s finance and HR Director, Maria Seabright, was proud join Norfolk Royale Manager, Simon Scarborough, at the hotel, to hand over a cheque for the BCHA Christmas Tree pledge charity appeal, for a staggering £1250 donated on behalf of Greendale and their employees.
The amount donated by Greendale helped increase the total raised by the Norfolk Royale’s appeal, to £3,236.14. The funds will now be allocated across various areas of the charity, including St Paul’s night shelter to support their Winter Watch scheme, while Poole Winter Watch – a church hall opened to accommodate up to 10 people when the temperature goes below zero for three consecutive nights, will also recieve a portion of the proceeds. Poole Street Outreach Service which sees outreach workers offering support and assistance to help people find accommodation and access health care, and the Independent Domestic Violence Adviser department will also see a portion of the funds allocated to their services.
