Greendale’s Winchester office take on large-scale refurb works at Anstey Manor School

Greendale’s Winchester office are currently undertaking large-scale refurb works at Anstey Manor School; a brand-new specialist day school in Alton, Hampshire, due to open in 2026 for pupils aged 7-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and associated additional needs.

Located on the former Alton School site, Greendale are refurbishing the existing school buildings to turn the facility into a new SEND school for Cavendish Education. The works include:

• New M&E installations throughout
• New fire alarm/access control/intruder alarm
• Sanding of existing parquet floors
• New floor finishes
• New ceilings, decorations, and WC cubicles
• Refurbishment of existing furniture, fixtures & equipment

We are working closely with LXA Projects who are acting as CA and architect on this exciting and innovating project.
