QUANTITY SURVEYOR/CONTRACTS MANAGER
Greendale Construction Limited is a leading Chartered Building Company offering a comprehensive service successfully delivering a wide range of projects across all construction sectors. We undertake new build, refurbishment works for a mix of blue-chip clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods. Project values range from £20,000 to £500,000.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager to join our Small Works Division, working from the Poole Head Office.
The successful candidate will –
- Have significant experience in both Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management.
- Have a proven track record for delivering multiple projects in the value 20k to 500k on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
- Have a proven track record in project surveying and financial control on multiple projects.
- Experience of various building contracts including JCT contracts would be a distinct advantage
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Have extensive experience in dealing with clients, design team professionals and subcontractors.
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative.
- Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
- Be a true team player who is not afraid to get involved
- A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification would be an advantage.
