SITE MANAGER
Greendale Construction Limited is a leading Chartered Building Company offering a comprehensive service, successfully delivering a wide range of projects across all sectors. We undertake new build and refurbishment works for our clients by traditional, design & build and partnering procurement methods. Project values range from £100,000 to £6,000,000.
The successful candidate will –
- Have a proven track record for delivering projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
- Have significant experience at senior site management level
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative
- Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
- A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Be IT competent
An excellent package is offered. This position would be a PAYE position.
