CONTRACTS MANAGER/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Greendale’s are seeking a Contracts Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our Poole based team.
The successful candidate will –
- Have a proven track record for delivering projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
- Have a proven track record in project surveying and financial control in order to undertake these duties on projects.
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience at senior site management level including working with JCT Contracts.
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Have extensive experience in dealing with client professionals and subcontractors.
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative
- Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
- A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification would be an advantage.

EXPERIENCED BUILDING ESTIMATOR

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic commercially minded Building Estimator to join our Poole based team.
The role will include –
- Undertaking all aspects of pricing enquiries ranging from small works projects up to £5m
- The ability to implement and operate computerised estimating and surveying duties.
- You will work in close conjunction with our Senior Estimator.
- The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in the field of construction – minimum of 3 years experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative.

The successful candidate will –
- Have a proven track record for delivering projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
- Have significant experience at senior site management level
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative
- Demonstrate excellent motivational and communication skills.
- A relevant degree, HND or professional qualification would be an advantage.
- Be IT competent
TRAINEE CONTRACTS / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic commercially minded Trainee Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Poole based team. This position would suit a Postgraduate with a sound knowledge of the construction process.
The role will include –
- Assisting in all aspects of Contract Management / Surveying for projects ranging from £100K up to £5M.
- The ability to undertake valuation and surveying duties on such projects.
- The ability to undertake Contract Management duties on such projects including the management of Sub Contractors.
The ideal candidate will be:
Educated to HND or relevant professional qualification.
- Working closely with the Contracts Management / Surveying Team
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be dynamic, innovative and able to work on one’s own initiative.
