We are delighted to announce that James Piddock, who joined Greendale in August 2023 as a Quantity Surveyor, and who was promoted to join our Senior Leadership Team in January 2025, has been awarded membership to The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB)
James, works out of our Poole office and has been actively involved in delivering the Poole Museum project, as well as Henry Beaufort School based in Winchester.
In August, James achieved membership to the Chartered Institute of Building after an intense application process. A professional review was required, as well as completion of 13 competencies to demonstrate James’ experience and compliance within the industry. Throughout the whole process, James was supported by two Directors, both of whom hold membership status to the CIOB.
James said: “I am very grateful for the opportunity and commitment to my future development at Greendale Construction.”
