It was great to visit the Harbour View project this morning where our Greendale team are involved with the restoration of metal balconies, handrail, balustrades and decks on the residential block.
The original steelwork has seriously degraded from rusting and was becoming unsafe. So much preparation, grinding off, replacing sections and a 5 coat rustoleum specification is being undertaken to protect the steelwork. We are also replacing the handrails to balcony balustrades with an inert wood effect UPVC product.
Fantastic work by our dedicated Greendale team on this very labour intensive project. Weather permitting we hope to have The job completed by Jan 2021.
