New Employees Take Greendale into the Future
We’ve recently added to our great core team with new staff members.
Charlotte Nurdin has taken on the role of Human Resources and Training Assistant to HR and Finance Director, Maria Seabright. After completing her degree at Oxford Brookes University in 2008, Charlotte gained experience working as an HR officer for a well-known adventure fun park, before choosing to further her career with Greendale.
Charlotte said: “I am thrilled to be working for Greendale, who I knew were a successful company with a good reputation, and am looking forward to assisting Maria with all HR aspects including booking training courses, staff appraisals and recruitment.”
New Senior QS/Contracts Manager, Paul Clark, has over 20 years’ experience working for local, national and multinational contractors. Having relocated all the way from Swansea to take up his role, Paul was particularly eager to work with the award winning Company, due to the vast array of projects on their portfolio as well as being a people focused organisation.
Paul commented: “I am looking forward to working on the huge variety of projects Greendale’s undertake, including the prestigious and high profile contracts, as their work on Durlston Castle particularly impressed me.
“I am thoroughly enjoying working with everyone here and find the days fly by since I have been looking after a number of sites including Sandbanks, Sentinel House, JP Morgan and Ringwood School.”
Greendale’s unmatched reputation for quality along with it’s friendly ‘family feel,’ were in part the reason Senior QS/Contracts Manger, John Marsh chose to join the Company. With 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, John’s new role will involve surveying and contracts management of projects from start to completion across all Greendale sectors and values.
John commented: “After many years of travelling in my career, I am looking forward to working with a new team on local projects and helping the company to grow and expand in line with the Greendale business plan.
“Since joining the Company, I have been hugely impressed with their ability to give the client a quality job on time, which proves to me their reputation for providing excellent quality of work is well deserved.”
HR and Finance Director, Maria Seabright explained: “It’s fantastic that the past few months have seen Greendale’s add to their senior staff within our head office. This is in line with our business plan and planned growth for the future of the Company. John & Paul come with a wealth of experience in the construction field, which will only go to benefit the quality of service we are renowned for, and Charlotte brings with her a fantastic knowledge of HR to assist a growing organization. All three are valued additions to the team and we welcome them aboard.”
