Our team currently working on site at St James’ church, Shirley, Southampton, were delighted to receive this beautiful handmade Christmas card from the children and staff at The Shirley Pre-School thanking us for their new toilets!
St James church is currently undergoing 2 phases with the potential of a phase 3 whilst they await funding. The Phases consist of:
Phase 1 – Nursery pre-school refurbishment with 2 new toilet rooms – now completed.
Phase 2 – Church welcome area – the existing area refurbished with a pitched and flat roof extension including a fully glazed front elevation and a bespoke coffee bar added.
Phase 3 – Potential for ground and first floor reconfiguration and full refurbishment, incorporating a new kitchen, toilets and a disabled lift.
