Project Description:
Greendale Construction completed this small extension to the Woodhouse Gardens Pavilion in Blandford Forum. Originally built by the Hall and Woodhouse Brewery family, and now owned by our client, Blandford Forum Town Council, the Pavilion is used by several community groups in the Blandford area.
The work comprised a small, single storey extension in order to accommodate two new DDA compliant toilets and a new larger kitchen. The existing hall has also been redecorated.
The contract period was just 16 weeks, and we know the various groups using the facilities will greatly benefit from the improvements. The premises are an ideal venue for small private functions, receptions, art and educational sessions, and can be hired out by visiting the Blandford Town Council website.
