Project Description:
Works comprised the complete internal and external refurbishment of a three-storey brick-built building in Poole Old Town. All existing windows were replaced with an aluminium curtain walling system and the external fabric was repaired. A new entrance canopy was constructed, and external landscaping was improved.
Internally the offices were boutique in their finishes with walnut doors, modern contemporary kitchens, top of the range sanitaryware and tiling. Modern lighting and air conditioning were installed and provision for data and voice communications were made.
These offices were fitted to stand out from other office accommodation and the high level of finishes used made this available.
