Project Description:
Greendale Construction were appointed to carry out the refurbishment of the harbourside Riggers Restaurant in the heart of the RNLI College in Poole. This included a completely new kitchen, servery and a tastefully designed interior fit-out of the ground floor seating area. Works included the use of traditional Oak framing and stainless-steel components centered around the impressive rigging covered circular staircase.
New mechanical and electrical services were installed in the total refurbishment scheme including suspended feature lighting within the created open ceiling above the dining area. The entire project was completed in a fast track programme during April to July in 2016, with a critical completion date to allow the RNLI to keep to their pre-booked function commitments.
