Project Description:
Greendale Construction Small Works were appointed to carry out a two-level refurbishment to the rear of this private property in Parkstone. The team replaced the stairs after the discovery of rotten joists and unsafe timber. The solution was a new composite high-tech, eco-friendly alternative which would provide a 25-year residential warranty. The new composite was fixed to the newly treated timber joist on the balcony, and at low level was joisted with hidden clip fixings.
Following the success of the rear decking and balcony, the team returned to carry out some external decoration works to the front of the property.
