Greendale Construction were appointed to carry out the installation of an external staircase and refurbishment of this first floor private flat. Works included the replacement of windows, a full kitchen upgrade, as well as formation of a new entrance hall and shower room. External decoration was carried out around the new staircase.
Our appointment was for the design, supply and install of metal staircase which would form new access to the first floor. Following a specific specification set out by the client, the team worked closely with the architect to deliver above and beyond expectations.
