Project Description:
We carried out a significant refurbishment and reconfiguration of this privately-owned property in a prime position overlooking Poole Harbour. The entire interior received a complete refurbishment including plastering and redecoration to a high specification finish.
Externally the team carried our alternations to the roof structure in order to adjust the elevation look from both the front and rear of the property. Existing balconies on the harbour side were re-built and a brand-new stand-alone garage was constructed in the garden. New hard and soft landscaping was undertaken including finishes to the front and rear. To the front of the property cladding was used to apply a modern look to the façade.
The internal design was fully re-modelled to suit our client’s needs and specification. The property sits in a unique harbour side location with uninterrupted views across to Brownsea Island and Sandbanks.
