Project Description:
Greendale Construction were appointed on the recladding of this three storey SCOLA 2 block with aluminium windows, brick slips and a rendered façade. The works also included the removal of the existing asbestos, aluminium and glass cladding and replacement with a structural insulated render system including a Gebrik system.
The team carried out these works whilst the school remained fully operational and worked closely with Hampshire County Council to ensure it complied with all client requirements. The build was completed within time and budget.
