Project Description:
Greendale were pleased to return to this project and transform the front of house facilities. Clever use of lighting and finished materials has created a welcoming reception area including customer lounge and staff rest room/kitchen facilities. A glass entrance lobby has also been added to enhance the front of house experience.
The works consisted of a full refurbishment of the ground and first floor offices. The building was stripped back to the original shell and new partitions, electrical and mechanical services were installed throughout. The result is the formation of a new reception/waiting areas with ancillary offices.
