Project Description:
This new build project for Bournemouth and Poole Primary Care Trust involved the construction of a bright, new, state of the art community clinic, designed as a robust, vandal-proof building.
With traditional cavity construction and pitched feature roofs with hidden gutters, Greendale incorporated a second storey office area within the roof, served by an internal lift. Inside the property, facilities include an audiology room with special audio soundproofing, a family planning clinic, podiatry, and a child health centre. A new minor surgery suite was also created with reception and modern waiting area.
