Project Description:
We were approached by a client to completely remodel a floor of this landmark building in Poole, Dorset. In-conjunction with our preferred interior designer we provided a “turn-key” project for this client. Feature glassed partitions, walnut doors, bespoke Italian furniture with high specification lighting and AV equipment were incorporated to produce a stunning and contemporary working environment with panoramic views over Poole Harbour.
The offices included staff welfare facilities and bespoke changing area, a high-spec fitted kitchen and bespoke curved bar and back bar. Works were carried out whilst other floors in the building were occupied so a minimum level of disruption was required. The project was completed on time and within budget.
This impressive facility highlights Greendale’s expertise in office interiors and also offers clients a ‘one stop shop’ to fully design and deliver a complete package including liaison with local authority and building regulations etc.
