Project Description:

Greendale Construction handed over the new Lewis Manning Hospice on Longfleet Road, Poole, in June 2020. Temporarily halted by the Covid-19 induced delay, Greendale’s Small Works division came back to work as quickly and safely as they could to complete the project.

This fantastic new premises for Lewis Manning sees a complete internal overhaul, as well as a brand new extension to the front, which forms the main building entrance and welcoming reception foyer. Upstairs sees a well-designed layout of partitioned offices and meeting rooms, including a large open plan office for the team working tirelessly behind the scenes. The new site is situated just metres from Poole Hospital, as well as close to all major Poole bus routes.

Lewis Manning is a close client and friend of Greendale so we were eager to deliver a quality product which would enable the charity to deliver the high standards of care that hundreds of past and present patients had become accustomed to.
