Project Description:
Greendale were appointed to convert this originally run-down vacant office building into 15 state of the art apartments on Poole High Street. The building underwent extensive re-modelling both internally and externally and are now used as short term and holiday lets for individual guests, large groups or work stays. The client requested a high-quality finish to all apartments, with the design set as somewhere between the boutique hotel and the budget generic options.
The client, an experienced interior designer and property expert, led the design themselves. The apartments are set over three floors with disabled access to selected apartments. A state-of-the-art laundry room was also created on the ground floor. Each apartment is accessible 24 hours a day with access to a key safety deposit box in reception.
