Project Description:
Greendale Construction carried out a full refurbishment of the Colmers (former Ryeberry) Ward at Bridport Hospital. The existing building is a community hospital which remained fully operational during the contract. The main working area was fully vacated for the duration of the works. Given the amount of equipment required to carry out the works, the team were faced with tight site access and restricted parking.
Nevertheless, the team completed a full refurbishment of the existing hospital ward including internal alterations, new doors, floor finishes, ceiling making good, fittings, redecoration, sanitary installations and associated mechanical and electrical works.
