Project 1 – 20 weeks (£750,000)
Our first project at Avon Trading Park was the construction and fit-out of a modern 10,000 sq ft industrial unit. Inside the steel framed structure – which has architecturally profiled, steel faced, insulated cladding for energy efficiency – the floor slab was power floated. Careful consideration also had to be given to health and safety issues associated with safeguarding the historic tank stops bordering the railway line located close to the rear of the unit.

Project 2 – 16 weeks (£400,000)
This was the second project commissioned by Royal Mail Property Group and involved the internal fit-out of a new main delivery office for Christchurch. Greendale created a new sorting hall, a suite of offices and a public reception area. Outside, our work included the provision of extensive vehicle parking facilities, soft landscaping and the building of cycle shelters.
