Project Description:

Greendale Construction carried out SCOLA re-cladding and repairs to the building fabric and associated mechanical and electrical works.

The works comprised of the replacement of roof coverings, removal of asbestos containing materials and existing metal framed elevations and replacement with a new proprietary double-glazed aluminium cladding system. The work also included the part structural render and part brick cladding elevations between windows. Internal finishes, ceilings, mechanical and electrical works are also included.
