Project Description:
Greendale carried out a 14-week full refurbishment of a property comprising a shop, basement and spacious flat for our clients Cascade Property Developments LLP. The project was completed by our specialist Small Works department.
Works included the formation of a dedicated entrance to the flats over the shop, with a new shop front with brass features. Fire protection and compartment work was undertaken, and an acoustic ceiling between the shop and living area was put in place in order to solve any potential noise issues between the shop and private residence. New mechanical and electrical work was undertaken throughout as well as pointing to the front and part rear elevations of the building. The roof was given an overhaul and external improvements were made to the rear.
The flat now benefits from a new kitchen, wet room and en-suite, new floor coverings and full decoration throughout.
