Greendale Construction were appointed for the upgrade and refurbishment of this supported housing building, with a conservatory addition. The property will provide supported housing for residents with Autism. Works included:
- Upgrading of dormer roofs and side cladding
- Reconfiguration of floor plan to provide en-suite accommodation to all bedrooms
- Insulation upgrading to rear annexe unit
- Electrical rewire
- Fire alarm installation including installation of automatic opening vent to roof
- Heating upgrade with new boiler and pressurized cylinder
- Bathroom upgrades
- Relocation and fit out of new kitchen
- New decoration and floor coverings throughout
- New conservatory to create additional living space
- External hardscaping works
