We’re currently working on a job at Acre Court, involving 6 blocks of community housing comprising of mixed private tenants and association tenants, owned and managed by Aster Group. Built between the late 1960s and early 1980s, the works will take 38 weeks and consist of:
- Removing, repairing, redecorating and re-fixing handrails to community and private balconies
- Replacing balustrade panels on all six blocks
- Waterproofing to walkways and balconies
- Decorations to concrete soffits
- Strip and re-roofing two blocks
- Concrete repairs to balconies and walkways
