St Dominic’s Priory

Project Description:

Greendale Construction were appointed by The Dominican Sisters of St Joseph to construct a private dwelling on top of a filled in swimming pool. The building was to be the permanent residence for the Priest of St Dominic’s Priory. Greendale were first required to re-fill the swimming pool to provide adequate foundations, as well as install all associated drainage and services supplies. Around the building, ground works included the removal of six trees, as well as hard and soft landscaping.

We were appointed under a traditional build contract, with contractor’s design, and it is intended that the new house will replace the present gatehouse.
