This morning, Greendale’s Finance and HR Director, Maria Seabright, handed over a cheque for £700 to Forest Holme Hospice who provide hospice and palliative care in a calm and caring environment for those suffering from life limiting illness. The money was raised by Greendale staff as part of the Christmas raffle prize draw.
Hidden a way in the centre of Poole, Forest Holme Hospice provides care and support extending beyond physical treatment of symptoms. The dedicated team of experts assist with emotional, psychological, spiritual needs of their patients, families, children and carers. Treating in excess of 1600 people each year, Forest Holme’s experience extends to helping people with life limiting illnesses such as cancer, Motor Neurone Disease, heart and respiratory illness.
