Project Description:

Greendale Construction successfully completed a sun lounge extension with associated works for a private house in Bournemouth. 

Commencing October 2022 and handing over in March 2023, the contact involved building an extension to the rear of the large residential property in Bournemouth to form an extended kitchen and sun room area, and Ist floor office refurbishment with bespoke desking and other associated refurbishment works.

Sun Lounge Extension and Associated Works 

• Structural underpinning and removal of some load bearing walls.
• New flat roof extension with roof lights and stepped fascia detail / matching pebble dash.
• Redecoration and M&E packages.
