Project Description:

Greendale Construction Limited completed this luxury spa refurbishment for Christchurch Harbour Hotel which commenced in January 2026 and completed in June 2026.

The 24 week project for client, Harbour Hotels, and located in Mudeford, Christchurch, included:

• 5 windows fitted within the spa wall.  There were no existing openings so therefore openings had to be formed in existing reinforced concrete walls.
• Complete new ceiling constructed.
• New permitter walls constructed.
• Complete re-wire.
• New showers to spa and changing rooms.
• New tiles to all floors and walls within spa, changing rooms and corridors.
• Decorating works.

For this project the Greendale team successfully negotiated working in a live hotel and having to work to time constraints due to weddings and other events.
