## Heritage building restoration and conservation

Greendale has 19 published heritage and conservation projects with a combined disclosed value of over GBP 28.9 million, covering Grade I and Grade II listed buildings, scheduled monuments, churches, museums and castles, including two contracts for the National Trust. Work is delivered by a directly employed workforce alongside specialist sub-contractors, and includes heritage stonework, lime pointing and lime plastering, lead work and metalwork, heritage roofing, carpentry and joinery, and conservation-led repair of historic fabric. Greendale works alongside conservation officers and heritage consultants on buildings requiring listed building consent, and regularly works in live, occupied buildings.
